This calendar works about as well as its namesake, so use it with care. Contributions from other clubs and organizations are always welcome. While every effort is made to keep the calendar accurate and up to date, please call the member in charge of an event if you are in doubt.
July 11, 2009: Trappers Loop -- Clayton Merchant
Yes folks,it's time once again for the British to retake trappers rights and leave our oil spots in Weber & Ogden Canyons. Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 11th.
We will meet once again at the east end of the Hogle Zoo parking lot between 9:00-9:30 AM for a departure shortly thereafter. We'll cruise up Emigration Canyon over to East Canyon and down into Morgan where we'll stretch our legs and grab a drink/snack at the Phillip's station and then head on up to Mountain Green. We will then take SR-226 (provided it is clear and open) up past SnowBasin, then down the canyon on the greatest road for our LBC's around, where we will come out at Pine View Reservoir and then down Ogden Canyon where we will again this year enjoy some fantastic outdoor fare at The Oaks eatery and parking lot repair!! (Just kidding Roger! Had to get that in.)

August 21 - 23, 2009: Concourse De Elegance at Thanksgiving Point
This is a non-BMCU event. In addition to the concourse, on Saturday August 22nd, the Intermountain Porsche Club of America will be holding a timed autocross event. August 29, 2009: Wheels and Wings charity car/airplane show -- Mitch Johnson
This event is at Hill Air Force Base and should be a good one!
September 16 - 19, 2009 (tentative): Australian Healy Race at Bonneville
An Austrailian team will be trying for a speed record recreation at Bonneville this year with a pair of recreated Austin Healey record cars. More information to follow.
September 7, 2009: Miner's Day Parade, Park City -- Floyd Inman
September 2009 (TBD): Antelope Island drive
A couple of possible drives suggested by the group, though no volunteers so far to lead one. Any takers?
September 30 - October 4: Triumphest -- Paulette Caudill (310-322-2546)
This year's Triumphest will be held in San Luis Obispo, CA. More information is available on the VTR-Triumphest website.
