BMCU Members Enjoy Recent Tinker Day
Coffee, Tinker and More With the Bishops April 10, 2004
The day was cool and gusty, but the sun shone and there was a good turn out for the Coffee Klatch and Tinker Day hosted by Larry, Mary and Suzanne Bishop.

Rendezvous was at the Jitterbug Coffee Shop on Seventh East, where caffeine and accompaniments were administered as folks arrived. The new BMCU polo shirts (see page 1 article) were unveiled and promptly sold out.

The crowd then moved up Seventh East to the Bishops home and shop, near Liberty Park. The hosts dispensed lots of advice and tips based on their extensive experience in cost effective collector car restoration. To our surprise and delight, tasty nut bread and even baked ham sandwiches were laid on and enthusiastically enjoyed by the participants, who included Gary Lindstrom, Dale Bourrls, Pugs Pivirotto, Al Belt, Mitch, Mike and Greg Johnson, Jon Hermance, Rob Foyle, Ray Agutter, Will Holoman, Wade Ashby, Rik and Jane Sanders, Dan Kasha, Dow Shirley, Rick Goodman, Barry and Denise Blackett, Brent Anderson, Dennis Hoagland, and, of course Larry, Mary and Suzanne Bishop.
